Treatment option

Lifestyle modification applies to both men and women in order to achieve optimum health and to reduce risk for infertility. Balance diet with adequate fluid intake is the key to healthy body and mind. Regulate sleeping pattern for better brain function. Avoid smoking and alcohol intake as these may cause reduction in fertility rate, even affecting second-hand smokers (people who don't smoke but surrounded by smokers). Keep your body fit with simple exercises that can be done at home. Preferably maintain a healthy BMI for higher chances of pregnancy. Practice breathing technique to keep stress at bay. For men, avoid wearing very tight clothing to reduce testicular overheating resulting in low quality sperm.
